Nearly two months after Huawei introduced the MediaPad M5 tablet at the 2018 MWC event, Huawei today officially launched it in its home country, China. However, they do not call it the name frills “MediaPad” and simply call it the Huawei M5 Tablet Series.
Huawei M5 Tablet comes in three variants with several different screen configurations. This device comes in 8.4-inch and 10.4-inch screen variants. While the M5 Pro will be marketed with a 10.8-inch screen size.
All models come with 2K display, Kirin 960 processor, and 4GB RAM support. Each also has a 13MP rear camera sensor and an 8MP front camera. Tablets running the Android operating system v8.0 Oreo with EMUI 8.0 interface will also support also super fast charging feature. In addition, the tablet will also be equipped by features Face Unlock, fingerprint scanner, and audio Harman Kardon Hi-Res claim.
