Not only introducing the 8X Honor and 8X Max Honor, this sub-brand Huawei also released a new smart bracelet device called Honor Band 4. Smart bracelets aimed at supporting this sports activity come with home buttons and AMOLED screens. Interestingly, the Honor Band 4 is intended to match Xiaomi’s smart bracelet device, Mi Band 3.
Speaking of specifications, the Honor Band 4 is equipped with a 0.95-inch AMOLED screen panel that is clad in a 2.5D glass layer at the top. Embedded pedometer support, sleep time meter, heart rate scanner and water and dust resistance. What’s more, this device is also equipped with Huawei TruSleep 2.0 technology which has features to monitor sleep turnover including REM and provide recommendations that are appropriate to the user’s sleep habits.
Not only that, this technology also comes with additional features in the form of TruSeen 2.0 which monitors the user’s heart rate activity while doing sports activities such as running, cycling and walking.
Equipped with a battery capacity of 100 mAh, the Honor Band 4 is claimed to be able to be used within 14 days in a single battery charge.
Along with the launch of Honor Band 4, Honor also presented Honor Band 4 Running Edition. Slightly different from Honor Band 4, the Running Edition is only equipped with a monochrome screen and a 77 mAh battery. But this device is equipped with additional features in the form of detecting the number of steps and others.
