Samsung Electronics Reaches Top Position in Asia for Seven Years in a Row

Samsung Electronics has been named the best brand in Asia in 2018 for seven consecutive years, according to Asia’s Top 1000 Brands’ annual online survey conducted by the Asia-Pacific Campaign in collaboration with Nielsen. This rating – by collecting assessments of 17 major product categories including automotive, retail, F & B and consumer electronics – is based on consumer insight and provides clear measurement of the most respected brand names today.

This study explores consumer behavior in 13 markets: Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. To ensure an accurate representation through this study, this survey targets age, sex and monthly household income to establish a balanced survey landscape.
