Lenovo is rumored to be preparing a new generation smartphone that is under the Motorola brand with the trade name Moto Z3. The presence of these smartphones will complement the range of smartphone vendors who were originally to be released this summer. Leaked Moto Z3 derived from the FCC certification document reveals many things related to the features that will diusungnya.
Last year Motorola announced the Moto Z2 Play and Moto Z2 Force, so this year the China-based company began preparing to introduce three new models, namely Moto, Moto Z3 Play, and Moto Z3 Force.
The Moto Z3 Play and Moto Z3 will be glide first in the summer (between April-July 2018) which will be followed by Moto Z3 Force. Moto Z3 and Z3 Play will be equipped with 6 pin design to support compatibility with Moto Mods, 6-inch screen, bezel-less design, and support for the latest generation of Moto Mods.
From the FCC specification page it is known that the smartphone will target the middle class segment. Moto Z3 Play will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chip along with 4GB RAM and 32GB or 64GB ROM variant. This smartphone will be equipped with a battery capacity of 3,000 mAh power. Aspects of this smartphone photography will be armed with dual main camera that has a resolution of 12MP + 8MP and front camera with 5MP resolution.
However, based on leaked images circulating in Weibo some time ago hinted that the smartphone does not look to have a clear fingerprint scanner on the front or the back. This has led to speculation that this smartphone may present a fingerprint scanner feature embedded beneath the screen or under the Motorola logo on the back. Other speculations mention the possibility of using an iris scanner instead. But certainly, Moto Z3 will not support 3.5mm headphone jack.
Both Moto Z3 and Moto Z3 Play will be equipped with a stretch of the screen measuring 6 inches with a resolution of Full HD 2,160×1,060 pixels. Both these smartphones do not seem to “talkative” follow the trend of the screen bangs popularized by the iPhone X.
Moto Z3 Play itself is actually quite similar to Moto G6 Play which will put forward the features of large-capacity battery. As always, the specifications in it will be trimmed to be distributed at a more affordable price.
While the Moto Z3 Force, which will be launched separately from two of its siblings, will likely have a high resolution screen (probably Quad-HD). This smartphone will rely on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and the most expensive price tag, just like a premium smartphone.
On June 1, 2017, Lenovo launched Moto Z2 Play, and Moto Z2 Force on July 25th. Now, if we look at the same time frame in 2018, then the possibility of Moto Z3 and Z3 Play will be unveiled in early June, and Z3 Force at the end of July 2018.
