WhatsApp Prepare New Paid Features

Posted on

Facebook has just confirmed plans to start monetizing WhatsApp by offering a series of new features to customers who need more sophisticated tools to communicate. Although WhatsApp Business was introduced earlier this year, it seems that many consumers want a faster and easier way to chat with business partners than to call or send emails.

So, WhatsApp will provide the following features to those who want to connect with a business:

– Request useful information: When you need delivery confirmation or flight ticket, you can give your cellphone number to their website, in their application, or in their shop to send information to your WhatsApp.

– Start a conversation: You can see the click button for chat on a Facebook website or ad to send business messages quickly.

– Get support: Some businesses can provide real-time support on WhatsApp to answer questions about their products or help you solve problems.

Apparently, WhatsApp business users have to pay to send certain messages, which can make them more selective about what questions and requests they will answer. In addition, the message will remain end-to-end encrypted and users will be able to block any business just by tapping the button.

Finally, Facebook says that it will add more business features to WhatsApp in the coming months. Also, more changes can be applied based on feedback received.
